Looking at one of the rooms in the Wainuiomata Museum that displays artefacts from the past as well as historical information. The Wainuiomata Historical Museum aims to foster and promote the study and appreciation of history, with a special focus on Wainuiomata and its surrounding areas. The museum is open to visitors on Sundays from 2 to 4 pm. It is situated on Main Road, Wainuiomata, within the grounds of Wainuiomata Primary School.
