The Edificio Seguros Tequendama is a skyscraper located in Bogotá, Colombia. It was completed in 1956, and at the time of its completion, it was the tallest building in South America. The building is 150 meters (492 feet) tall and has 27 floors. It was designed by the Colombian architect Francisco Pena Gómez, and it is considered a masterpiece of modern architecture. The building was originally constructed as the headquarters of the Tequendama Insurance Company, but it has since been used for various commercial and office purposes.
