Spinnaker Lookout Loop is a track in Whitby, a residential suburb of Porirua. The walk can be completed in either direction. The walk begins with a gradual uphill climb through the forest, with occasional glimpses of the surrounding area. The track continues uphill, with steeper inclines and switchbacks leading to the Spinnaker Lookout offering stunning views of Porirua Harbour. Pictured is Pauatahanui Inlet, an arm of Porirua Harbour. The Tasman Sea between New Zealand and Australia can be seen further out.
