The Palacio de Justicia (Justice Palace) in Bogotá, Colombia, is the headquarters of the country’s Supreme Court of Justice. It is located on the Plaza de Bolívar in the historic center of the city. The building was designed in the 1920s by German architect Hans Schmidt, and construction was completed in 1936. It was severely damaged in a terrorist attack in 1985, but was subsequently rebuilt. The palace is a symbol of the Colombian justice system, and is open to visitors during regular business hours.
