Rain at Fiordland National Park

A short video of the drive back to the Homer tunnel in Fiordland National Park, New Zealand.

It’s raining and there are literally hundreds of waterfalls. This is a typical sight though, as Fiordland is one of the wettest places on the planet.

3 FEBRUARY UPDATE – I HAVE JUST ADDED ANOTHER EVEN BETTER VIDEO ON MY PAGE – FRIEND REQUEST ME AND I'LL SEND YOU THE LINK – LIKE THE PAGE FOR OTHER UPDATES.Yesterday (31 January 2017), 309mm of rain fell at Milford Sound. I went for an afternoon drive to hopefully get some dramatic photos. Here is a short video of the drive back up to the Homer tunnel showing the spectacular scenery. Take a look at the photos post (below) to see how 309mm of rain on one day compares to the annual rainfall of some cities. (It's my kayak on the roof at the beginning!)
