Kenepuru is a largely industrial-suburb of Porirua, just southwest of the city centre in the Wellington Region. The suburb hosts the main hospital complex for Porirua among an industrial area. Closeby is the new housing development Kenepuru Landing (pictured) a housing development led by Ngāti Toa on former hospital land, with more than 700 medium density homes planned. It includes a mix of standalone houses, duplexes, terraces and apartments.
