View of a bridge called the Pont au Change (circa 1989). It spans the Seine (River Seine) in Paris. Construction took place between the years 1858 to 1860, during the reign of Napoleon III. You can see the wreath with the letter N which was Napoleon III’s imperial insignia. In the distant background, the Eiffel Tower is visible.
