View of Chao Phraya River in Bangkok Thailand. The river has its source at Nakhon Sawan near the centre of the country and empties into the Gulf of Thailand. In Bangkok, the river is the location for the famous Floating Market. South of Bangkok, the river’s course has been modified using canals to shorten the length of the river from the city to the sea.
