The Cascada Cabellera de la Virgen, also known as the “Virgin’s Hair Waterfall” in Baños, Ecuador, is a picturesque waterfall located near the town of Baños de Agua Santa. The waterfall drops from a height of approximately 30 meters (98 feet). The waterfall gets its name from the way the water cascades down the rock face, resembling long flowing hair. The lush green surroundings and the mist created by the waterfall adds to its enchanting beauty.
