The Rhetus periander, also known as Periander Blue, is a species of butterfly in the Riodinidae family. It is found in Central and South America, including Colombia. It is a small butterfly, typically with a wingspan of around 1.5 inches. The upper side of its wings is mostly dark blue with black and white spots, while the underside is brown with white spots.
