The town of Flam in Norway is located in a narrow valley at the head of Aurlandsfjord. The area is surrounded by steep mountains, waterfalls, and a fjord. Flam can be reached by car, boat, or on one of the world’s most scenic rail routes – the Flåmsbana Railway. Pictured is the beginning of the town and the Flåmselvi River.
