Rocky slopes of Mt Ruapehu

Mt Ruapehu in New Zealand is a volcano that still erupts from time to time. It’s slopes are made of dried lava and littered with volcanic rocks that have been thrown from the crater during eruptions. Ski-lifts are visible and covered in snow during ski season.
